Paul Gorraiz is a Vice President of Realty Economic Advisors, providing commercial, land, and residential real estate brokerage representation and advisory services. For more nearly two decades, Mr. Gorraiz has proven to be a leader in real estate, with an array of experience across the greater Phoenix market and portions of Northern Arizona.
Paul has a passion for community revitalization, grounded in improving the delicate balance of form and function. His experience is enhanced by years of service on village planning committees, including the Camelback East Village Planning Committee and the Encanto Village Planning Committee. Further, Paul was appointed to the Phoenix Development Advisory Board (DAB) and served as chairman on the DAB Technical Subcommittee for the City of Phoenix during his tenure.
Mr. Gorraiz has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, site selection, underwriting, entitlements, repurposing underutilized property, and contract negotiations. His unique blend of experience, creativity, and thought-provoking forward thinking are just some of the many aspects of enhanced value Paul brings to the table.
Before joining Realty Economic Advisors in 2021, Mr. Gorraiz was Director of Acquisitions at Helix since 2013, focused on sourcing off-market and infill value-add opportunities. Prior to Helix, Mr. Gorraiz was an Acquisitions Manger at Green Street Communities from 2006 to 2013 focused on scouring and entitling infill residential development opportunities.

Mr. Gorraiz experience and knowledge of real estate spans an array asset types including residential, land, acreage, and residential subdivisions to planned urban and area developments (PUDs & PADs), multi-family, hospitality, mobile home communities, RV park communities, self-storage and RV & boat storage, office, industrial, retail, net-leased investments, restaurants, cattle & recreational ranches, and religious facilities.
