
Mr. Torraca entered the real estate business in 2007, as a valuation associate with CBRE, Inc. In 2012 he earned his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Arizona and joined CBRE’s VAS National Medical Office Building Practice in 2014. In 2019 he joined Realty Economic Advisors, LLC as Vice President.
In his 12+ years in the real estate industry, he has developed a solid foundation and understanding of real estate values in Arizona with a focus on the Metropolitan Phoenix area.
EXPERIENCE
Appraisal and consulting assignments include fee preparation of real estate appraisals, rent analyses and market studies of commercial properties.
Experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including existing and proposed retail, industrial, schools, office, and medical office properties. Real estate interests appraised, include a full array of fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold, for a multitude of uses including mortgage lending, internal reporting, consulting, and estate planning.
Valuation techniques include Discounted Cash Flow Analysis facilitated through extensive knowledge of Excel and Argus.
