Our deep dive includes gathering zoning information, aerial imagery, county assessor (assessments) and treasurer (taxes) data, city or county zoning details, flood designation, property leases, rent roll, etc., and preliminary entitlement review to the extent they are available. This can be especially insightful if a change in use is being considered or if market data suggests untapped potential.
