Our compensation is earned upon the successful close of escrow and is paid through the escrow company handling the transaction. The fee is negotiable and depends on factors such as the asset type, location, and scope of work. Before we begin, all terms will be clearly outlined in a client service agreement, giving you the opportunity to review and provide feedback.
